Gene Monaco, President of Arkitron Corp., has been building luxury homes across the South Florida region since 1986.

Monaco founded Arkitron Corp. in 1987 establishing a Design Build Building Construction company. One of the original Design Build Companies, Monaco established the DesignBuild concept in South Florida providing Design, Architecture and Building as one integrated service.
Gene Monaco’s background is extensive ; a trained second generation Builder Developer in the Monaco family. Chief of Architecture division for Minto Builders, Educated in the school of Architecture, State Certified General Contractor, Monaco established his reputation as an expert in Custom Single Family Development in South Florida.

Monaco International Development Corp. was established in 2002 primarily to develop waterfront single family residences, while Monaco established Arkitron as the state licensed general contractor. Monaco also has Monaco Real Estate Group Inc. managed by Robert Monaco. The real estate division owns and manages several real estate properties in South Florida.
