Arkitron Corp was founded in 1987 by Gene R. Monaco, Certified General Contractor. Monaco created Arkitron to combine Architecture and Building as one service. Educated in the school of architecture, trained as 2nd generation developer of the Monaco family, Gene Monaco has design/built and developed numerous successful single / multi family family projects in South Florida.

As the recipient of Ft. Lauderdale Community awards Monaco has always focused on the importance of the Design Build Theory. Administrative offices are located in our privately owned office buildings. Each project is micro managed from Design thru the completion of construction.

We have successfully completed projects in Coral Ridge, Dolphin Isles, Las Olas, Seven Isles and Harbor Beach. We manage a team of Architect, Engineer, Interior Designer and professional sub trades.

Our Design Build System incorporates establishing a budget and schedule. Our process includes prelominary design, project costing and specifications. This process starts in the inception of each project. This process excelerates the project schedule and reduces the cost . Each project is coordinated in advance eliminating costly project changes and time.

By combining the Architecture/Engineering with the building each project is more cost efficient and superior to traditional construction.
